Ship Repair Site Operation Manager

Job Requirements:
1. Diploma or above in ship-related major, fluent in spoken English, strong reading and writing skills;
2. Prior experience in ship repair sales or ship repair site management/technical work is preferred;
3. Prior experience as a seafarer is preferred;
3. Age requirement 25~35 years old, strong adaptability;
4. Strong organizational, coordination and adaptability skills;
5. Strong team spirit.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Actively understand the needs of ship owners for spare parts and repairs at the ship repair site;
2. Actively respond to various needs of ship owners at the ship repair site, provide timely quotations and follow up on quotations;
3. Timely processing of orders confirmed by ship owners, coordinating with the procurement department on ordering, shipping, and delivery;
4. Timely feedback of signed orders to the business department, cooperating with the business department to handle billing and payment;
5. Provide good customer reception and maintain good customer relationships.
